  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (original shipping fees non-refundable)
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all included accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Kitchen Sink Shop is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Information

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
  • Standard shipping rates apply for the replacement shipment

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Cooker Hood Filters & Accessories (opened packages)
  • Kitchen Sink Wastes & Plumbing Kits (opened packages)
  • Any custom or special order items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • Return shipping costs may be higher than original shipment
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and any import fees we paid
