Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note for International Customers: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. Some Asian regions and remote areas may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our designer kitchen sinks, taps, and appliances. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened packages of Cooker Hood Filters & Accessories
  • Opened Kitchen Sink Wastes & Plumbing Kits
  • Any custom or special order items

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Your order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: specify preferred replacement product

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. Kitchen Sink Shop is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement after receiving your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Standard shipping rates apply for replacement shipments

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • Return shipping costs may be higher than original shipment
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and any import fees we paid
