All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either cancel that item from your order or offer you a comparable alternative.
2.3 Special Order Items
Custom or special order items (including certain composite/granite sinks and brass taps) cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 Order Process
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This is not an order acceptance. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation that the item has been shipped.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may occur.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
4.2 Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment
4.3 International Orders
We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
4.4 Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/defect and packaging.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
You may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. The following cannot be returned unless defective:

- Opened Kitchen Sink Wastes & Plumbing Kits
- Custom/special order items
5.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

We recommend using trackable shipping and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility.
5.4 Exchanges
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement after receiving your return. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitchen Sink Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the site or products.
